I am also a Lieutenant in the United States Navy Reserve, where I have the honor of serving my country with pride and dedication. My passion for caring for veterans is rooted in my personal experience and appreciation for their sacrifices.
Why I Love What I Do
In my work as a healthcare provider, I find the most fulfillment in helping individuals overcome mental health challenges and achieve a sense of hope and optimism. Caring for women who have experienced pregnancy and child loss is particularly close to my heart as my husband and I lost our daughter, Nora, last year. I unfortunately understand firsthand the deep emotional pain and sense of grief that women can experience, and I am committed to providing them with the care and support they need to heal and move forward.
Overall, my work as a Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner allows me to combine my passion for healthcare with my desire to make a positive impact on people’s lives. I am committed to providing compassionate and personalized care to all of my patients, and I am dedicated to continuing to grow and learn in my role as a healthcare provider. Whether serving in the military or working in a clinical setting, my ultimate goal is to make a positive difference in the world, one patient at a time.
